I now have a NEW FAUCET in my kitchen sink! YAY it's been since April that I have had to do ALL my dishes, water needs from my bathroom.



A friend of my mothers came over last night and showed me the tools I need to do this for myself in the future ♥ (I LOVE TOOLS) and well I feel a little embarassed as I had done everything right, I just had never been shown hooking up a faucet before. The thought of water EVERYWHERE kept me for messing with it.



Validation that the repairs I did last year were done well was also SWEET! It seems the problem stems from several years ago when my former stepfather "fixed" my sink. Seems he did everything wrong... AKA put a bandaid on the problem (which was the one I fixed) but with how he did it, the result was the faucet rusted from the bottom up. Unless I had removed it (read above as to why I didn't fix it to begin with) there was no way for me to know what the problem was.



Now I KNOW how to change a faucet ♥ and I have a WORKING ONE ♥.



Nothing like morning coffee, eggs and cheese to start my day and then being able to wash them in the sick right after. Did I mention yet....
